Return Eligibility
Eligible items must be unused, unworn, clean, undamaged, and in original condition with packaging and tags where applicable.

- Items with makeup, odor, stains, or signs of use
- Final sale items
- Customized or special order items
- Items returned without approval
Dance Shoes
Dance shoes should be tried on only on a clean indoor surface. Shoes with marked soles, worn heels, dirt, or signs of use may not be accepted.
